Olga GuzhvaAs an immigrant from Ukraine, Olga is personally familiar with the immigration process from both the client's and attorney’s perspective. She was born and raised in Zaporozhye, Ukraine, where she completed 5-year graduate law degree at the National University School of Law. She then practiced Ukrainian business law and litigation for three years. Olga immigrated to the United States in 2000 and subsequently, in 2011, she obtained a post-graduate Masters' Degree in Taxation from the University of Washington.

Since 2013, Olga has assisted individuals and companies in successfully navigating the complex US immigration system. She advises clients seeking to obtain nonimmigrant visas and immigrant visas (green cards). She counsels clients in the areas of employment-related, investment, and family-based visas and in other immigration matters. Olga assists with the adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization and citizenship applications, and overseas consular processing.

Olga also represents taxpayers in a wide variety of tax disputes involving IRS: tax audits, liens, levies, wage garnishments, tax penalty abatement, installment agreements, offers in compromise, client’s eligibility for currently not collectible status, innocent spouse tax debt relief. She advises clients on tax planning and permissible deductions, and IRS tax compliance, and represents clients in the US Tax Court.

Never forgetting her own experience as an immigrant, Olga’s primary focus is providing each client with a clear understanding of the immigration steps and applicable tax dispute resolution strategies that lie ahead as well as a realistic assessment of the results that can be achieved. More information about attorney Olga Guzhva and her law practice can be found at
