Rivers, Eugenie

Eugenie Rivers provides collaborative, business-oriented legal services to forward-thinking companies, entrepreneurs, and investors. She works proactively with her clients to develop practical legal strategies and solutions to business and finance issues. Eugenie has 30 years of combined legal and business experience, most recently serving as in-house general counsel for a health care technology company and for a community bank. Previously, she had her own business-law firm, which she started in 2003 after 13 years of big law firm experience culminating in a corporate finance partnership at the Davis Wright Tremaine law firm in Seattle, Washington. Before moving to Seattle to attend law school, Eugenie had six years of commercial banking experience in Anchorage, Alaska. As a result, she brings a unique blend of business, legal, and finance perspectives to help achieve her clients’ goals.

In her free time, Eugenie enjoys training at the Washington Fencing Academy in Issaquah, of which she is a part-owner, and with her husband in the Japanese martial art of Aikido. She is also an avid remodeler, and, when she gets tired of the construction at home, Eugenie loves to travel and collect wine (not necessarily in that order)!
